The GMP Committee provides a consolidated position of the Company to GMP related technical aspects and issues. It makes recommendations to the Quality Review Board for binding the Company interpretations of GMP topics.

Речь о введении системы контроля качества. Как бы поточнее и поближе к оригиналу сформулировать:
