Subject: deemed to have fallen Помогите пожалуйста правильно сформулировать на русском перевод фразы: "all amounts shall be deemed to have fallen"Контекст такой: If the Owner fails to accept redelivery of the Vessel when tendered for redelivery as aforesaid then, without prejudice to any other rights of the Contractor, all amounts due from the Owner to the Contractor on or related to redelivery shall be deemed to have fallen due on the date it was properly tendered for redelivery.
