Подскажите, пожалуйста,что во второй части? 30” diverter accumulator volume shall be sized to provide the usable hydraulic fluid volume to operate all the diverter close mode functions plus 50% reserve with the pumps out of service. имеется ввиду, что объем гидравлической жидкости должен быть достаточным для управления ?
