GP gravel-pack system remediates sand production off the coast of Alaska.
For this project, 70 ft of screen and 60 ft of blank pipe were run below a GP packer and set at 7,971 ft. Injection was established before 20/40 Carbolite® gravel was pumped at 1.25 bbl/min and 1,900 psi.
