1) я бы сказал another person. Если просто "иное" и это относится к local laws, то получается речь вообще о нарушении любых законов, и тогда непонятно, зачем весь этот список... 2) favors я бы здесь перевел как "услуги", но тогда надо грамматическую структуру менять. |

+ какое бы слово лучше подобрать для reprisal здесь: Employees should have no fear of reprisal for reporting suspected violations, as it is their duty to aid in fulfilling the intent of this Policy. "расправа" слишком сильно, "возмездие" слегка высокопарно... "репрессии" - заполитизировано... |

reprisal - негативные последствия Слово "продиктованный" при использовании в переносном смысле обычно дополняется абстрактным существительным, т.е. "продиктованные клиентом" - это записанные под диктовку клиента. imposed - введенные, установленные. |
