Текст: The Borrower makes the representations and warranties set out in this Clause 13 (Representations) to the Lender on the date of this Agreement provided that there shall be no breach of the representation and warranty set out in clause 13.18 (Indebtedness) if Mr ** L*** is actually aware at the date of this Agreement of an item of Financial Indebtedness which should be listed in Schedule 2 and which is not so listed or of an error in such Schedule

смотрите, сильно не склоняйтесь - обычно сумма=total, а у вас an item of

надо же...а я правильно использовала время - ПРОШЕДШЕЕ...не склонилась
