Tumanov, чувствуется ирония в вашем переводе.)) На самом деле, автор резюме под таким заголовком выполняет работу исполнительного директора, земестителя директора, контролирует и распределяет финансовые потоки, так что простым офисным клерком язык не повернется его назвать.

Report to: President

Basic Function:
Plan, organize, direct and control the building aspects of the company and jobs in such a way as to meet company objectives of costs, quality, time and safety.

Чисто для примера, устройство фирмы по работе с пароходами в Британии (ну когда еще офицеров не было)

foreman - руководит работой одной смены/одной бригады на одном трюме.

stevedore - мужик в белой рубашке, руководит погрузкой всего парохода. Под командой несколько бригад со своими formen.

water clerk - мужик в белой рубашке на автомобиле фирмы (русский эквивалент "агент судовой", он же "менеджер по обслуживанию судов"), ведет судно во время всей стоянки в порту, руководит (отчасти) стивидором.

superintendant - мужик в очень белой рубашке и очень хорошем костюме. Отвечает за все операции стивидорной или агентской фирмы во всем порту, или (например в Роттердаме) на отдельно взятом грузовом районе.
Руководит всеми клерками, финансами текущими и прочей стратегической всячиной.

Сергей, вы свои мареманские штучки пытаетесь прилепить ко всему бизнесу. Окажется у аскера какой-нибудь бессистемный интегратор или продавец сепулек, а вы ей стивидора и суперинтеданта предлагаете. Потому и жоп-описание нужно - которого нет.
"По звуку" (с) аскеровский молодчик - это какой-то BD Manager, или BD Director, если дорос.
