Change Control
Changes to facilities, utilities, equipment, computer systems, manufacturing
processes, product specifications or analytical methods are handled by the
change control system according to SOP 09-67-1276.
The change control system is managed and monitored by a change control (CC)
coordinator in the QA Department, using the change control module of the QATrack
application for tracking and trending of quality related records.
