И снова здравствуйте. Затрудняюсь перевести фразу (капслок) из договора франшизы. Очень надеюсь на помощь. Спасибо! смущает именно "on account of taxes"

The contractual compensation of articles … hereabove includes the withholding tax in force in the Territory as of signing date of this Agreement .
