кто знает чем отличаются эти два понятия????

First, consider using Eq. (9). In this case, the meaning of the reference value is clear and so is its estimation. It is plainly an estimate of the common measurand µ and can be provided by the mean of the posterior distribution. The uncertainty is the posterior standard deviation of µ.

ИМХО: estimation - оценка (результат), estimate - оценочное значение.
