что-то фраза не складывается...

есть еще вариант

"участником которой может быть компания, или которой Компания может предложить участие либо в..."

но у меня сильные сомнения по-поводу этих вариантов...

может у кого-то есть мысли посвежее, помогите пожалуйста

зы Правда не знаю, насколько это в договорах употребимо..
