В принципе, мой вариант перевода понравился заказчикам, но хотелось бы привлечь специалистов поопытнее, чтобы указали на слабые места :)

Это требует меньших затрат и времени на подготовку производственно-логистической площадки, повышение квалификации персонала, повышает шансы получения долгосрочных российских заказов.

Российским партнерам при таком альянсе открывается возможность освоения новых технологий, выхода на внешний рынок с объемами в ряде случаев превышающими поставки на АВТОВАЗ.

The optimum option for the partial manufacturing plants transferring from Europe to Russia is the Volga region, especially the area close to Togliatty, and collaboration with the present “AVTOVAZ” suppliers of automobile parts on the issue of joint-ventures’ creation, with the usage of their production areas. Thus, it takes both less time and expenses to prepare an industrial-logistic area and conduct the advanced training of employees and enhances the possibility of coming into long-termed cooperation with the Russian orders-makers.

With the possibility of such an alliance the Russian partners will have the opportunities to master the technologies and get access to foreign markets, where, in some instances, the volume of orders exceeds the number of supplies to “AVTOVAZ”.
