Проверьте плз, два пункта устава (перевод с русского на англ.):

1.Общество является собственником принадлежащего ему имущества и денежных средств и отвечает по своим обязательствам собственным имуществом. Участники имеют предусмотренные законом и учредительными документами Общества обязательственные права по отношению к Обществу.
1. The Company owns all the property and assets in its possession and is liable for its property. The participants have law of obligations provided by law and constituent documents of the Company, against the Company.

2. Участники не отвечают по обязательствам Общества и несут риск убытков, связанных с деятельностью Общества, в пределах стоимости внесенных ими вкладов.
2. The participants shall not be liable for any obligations of the Company and they shall bear the risk of losses associated with activities of the Company to the extent of the value of their contributions.

1/ The Company has title to the property and assets in its possession and bears responsibility limited by its property. The liabilities of the Members of the Company before the Company are stipulated by law and constituent instruments.
2. The Members are not liable for any obligations of the Company and they bear the risk of losses related to the business of the Company limited by the value of their respective contributions.
