Прошу помощи с переводом пункта из контракта.
Засомневалась с временами.

совершит нарушение своих обязательств по настоящему соглашению, которые могли быть устранены, но не были устранены в течение 30 дней с моменьа получения уведомления указывающее на нарушение и требующего его устранения

Правильно засомневались

хэз коммитид = прошедшее время
и его прочтут буквально - это не есть гут - как "совершил нарушение". Другими словами - нарушил.
