Contribution Agreement

Попалось мне вот такое соглашение...Как оно называется - ума не приложу.

Вот выдержка, например:

"1.1. The Contributor hereby grants to XXX a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to deliver the data described in Exhibit A (the “Data”) to intermediaries and clients (“Recipients”) and XXX employees in any format and through any distribution mechanism (including through third party distributors) including, without limitation, in a format commingled by XXX in its discretion with other XXX or third party data providers. The Contributor hereby grants to XXX a right to sub-license its rights under this Section 1.1 to any affiliate of XXX and to any other third party. The Contributor may withhold certain Data where it is required to do so by statutory or regulatory requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contributor may deliver the Data to any third party vendors with no restrictions."

Да, вопрос, конечно, интересный. Я бы развел так
contributor vs recipient как участник и получатель
Ну сильно имхо и, надеюсь, еще не поздно.
