The Parties may request information from XXXXX prior to the commencement of the audit. XXXXXX will provide the information in electronic format or hard copy documents, if electronic format is not available. XXXXXX will provide the information requested within 30 Days before commencement of the audit but in no event sooner than 30 Days after the written request.
