Generally accepted practice of using this of that term depending of the extent of participation of a shareholder in the general shareholder’s meeting. According to this criterion the share’s packet can be divided into the following types:

1. controlling packet (10% voting shares);
2. blocking packet (25% voting shares + 1 share);
3. ruling packet (50% voting shares + 1 share);
4. qualified packet (75% voting shares + 1 share);
5. dominating packet (98% voting shares + 1 share);
6. single participant (100% voting shares).
