Что-то не соображу как перевести эти самые separate funds в данном контексте???

If the customer is a businessperson and if the business relation in dispute is attributable to the conducting of such businessperson's trade, the Bank may sue such customer before the court having jurisdiction for the bank office keeping the account or before any other competent court; the same applies to legal entities under public law
and separate funds under public law. The Bank itself may be sued by such customers only before the court having jurisdiction for the bank office keeping the account.
