Subject: where such petition is frivolous or vexatious law For the purposes of Subclause 20.6 (Insolvency), for the purposes of Russian law a person incorporated under the laws of the Russian Federation is or will be deemed to be insolvent if:a petition has been presented or filed with any court alleging or for bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution, liquidation (or any analogous proceedings), other than a petition by a creditor that is not a Tax authority where such petition is frivolous or vexatious or is being contested in good faith and with due diligence and is discharged or struck out within 30 days.
