Перевожу договор с англ. на рус.

В договоре идет речь о поставке товара Продавцом Покупателю. Выписывается переводной вексель (Bill of exchange).

Не могу подобрать правильный эквивалент слову financing в этом контексте.

Напр.: Notwithstanding the provisions above, SELLER shall make available 100% financing for all tonnage purchased by BUYER under the terms and conditions of this Contract, in accordance with market conditions at shipment time. Term of financing shall be of minimum Х days.

Should BUYER decide to use the financing made available by SELLER, Parties agree that the following provisions shall apply:
