Actually at least one definition is missing there: to get off - get high, stoned, or drugged.

To Watchkeeper: то, что одно из значений to get off - "отрываться", это я гарантирую (по крайней мере, в Штатах). Амеры говорят to get off DOING smth (I get off playing guitar, etc). Trust me :-)
