Pass mark - поможете перевести?

Я планирую сдать экзамен для переезда в другую страну, а именно в Голландию. У них предусмотрено законом, что нужно сначала пройти тест на знание языка. И вот на их сайте, я нашла след.текст, который что-то никак не переведу.

Determination of pass mark for the language test abroad

The pass mark for the language test in the civic integration examination abroad has been determined definitely. After further research, Minister Van der Laan of Housing, Communities and Integration has decided to maintain the pass mark as it was raised per 15 March 2008. The research has shown that the raised pass mark corresponds with the requirements of the level A1minus in the integration examination abroad.

The raising is a technical adjustment. Candidates however do have to answer more questions correctly in order to pass the language test. The raising of the pass mark has not changed the level of the test. The level remains A1minus.

The integration examination abroad is part of the Civic Integration Abroad Act. At the moment, this act is being evaluated. The evaluation is expected to be finalized before summer 2009.

Насколько я понимаю, проходной балл был повышен в марте 2008, и в настоящий момент остается таким же. Повышение балла было необходимо для соответствия уровню А1- в их системе интеграционной экзаменации. Кандидатам придётся лишь ответить на бОльшее количество вопросов, но уровень сложности остаётся прежним: А1-
