Subject: Contract is entered into immediately law
Коллеги, доброе утро!

Впервые встречаюсь с такой формулировкой. Помогите перевести юридически правильно "immediately"

"С настоящего момента"?

TIA

What is a contract?

A contract is an agreement. In a contract one person offers to do something and another person accepts that offer. So, for example, when a kombi-taxi waits for passengers at the roadside, it is offering to transport people. If a person decides to use that taxi to travel to the nearest shop and agrees to pay the fare that is asked, then the person accepts the offer of transport. There is now a contract between the person accepting the lift and the taxi driver.

So, when a seller agrees to sell and a buyer agrees to pay for goods and services, they have entered into a contract. For example, a shop-owner offers to sell a jersey for a particular price. A person agrees to pay the price that the shop-owner is asking and pays for the jersey. There is now a contract between the person buying the jersey and the shop-owner.
...
The person making the contract must have the legal power to enter into the contract.
Examples of people who don't have legal power to enter into contracts are:
children under 7 years
people who are mentally insane
people who are very drunk or drugged
A person cannot enter into a contract if it is impossible to carry out what is in the agreement. For example, someone agrees to sell you a house and you agree to buy that house. But the house gets washed away in a flood before you sign the agreement. So, it is impossible for the contract to be enforced because there is no house.
Can a minor enter into a contract?

A minor is someone under the age of 18 years according to the Births and Deaths Registration Amendment Act (No 1 of 2002) . This is called the age of majority. The age of majority was reduced from 21 to 18 years by this Act. A minor who enters into a contract without the consent of the parents or guardian does not have to keep to the contract. But, if the minor says he or she is older than 21, then the person who entered into the contract with the minor can sue for damages.

Контекста не хватает.
Если это из письменного договора, то назначение этой фразы непонятно в обоих случаях.

Спасибо всем!

Дальше по тексту в определениях в табличной форме идет следующее:

Effective Date - Immediately

Думаю, алешаBG прав. Сразу не увидела ((
