Целое предложение такое: In respect of the preparation and provision of one corporate seal of the company and clamp for use with the seal and preparation and provision of two separate self-inking corporate stamps of the company and to forwarding of these to you at all speed via UPS air courier. (просто возник еще вопрос с self-inking seal - что это за печать?) Печать с автоматическим нанесением краски??? P.S. Using a Company Seal Once your LLC has been created, you’ll need to get a company seal to officiate your documents. What exactly is a company seal? This handheld tool, typically made of steel, can have a document inserted within it, and is compressed to create an embossed impression on the paper. Look at the following picture, which shows how a company seal from LegalZoom is assembled. Simply insert the tongs into the center, with the “peg” end facing the top of the clamp. Push the tongs into the clamp until it “clicks” into place. |

а почему с Гуголем не дружим? http://pechati-stolica.ru/str-10-reliefnye-pechati.html была такая рельефная печать, так для таможни приходилось оригиналы копиркой марать, чтобы скопировать |

2Tumanov *Есть ведь в России такие штуки. Не может не быть.* Конечно, есть, но как-то ни разу не встречался с печатями так близко (даже, по-моему, ни разу не ставил печать, только в далеком-далеком детстве у бабушки на работе) |

попробую подытожить (может и опять ошибусь): clamp - это оснастка для печати? self-inking seal - пресс для печати, ручной? или всё-таки не то? |
