Как вариант: Справедливая Цена означает, в отношении каждой Акции, ту же долю справедливой рыночной цены всей Компании на дату вручения Уведомления о Передаче (или его предполагаемую дату), которую она имеет ко всем выпущенным обыкновенным акциям Компании… |
