Стороны договариваются, что при осуществлении обязательств по настоящему контракту Исполнитель предпринимает все достаточные и необходимые усилия для сохранения в неприкосновенности законных интересов Заказчика и третьих лиц, в том числе и таких интересов, которые касаются служебной, банковской, коммерческой или иных видов тайн.

Parties agree that upon performance of obligations under the Contract, the Contractor will take all necessary steps to preserve the inviolability of legitimate interests of the Customer and third parties, including the interests regarding official, bank, commercial or any other types of secrets.
