Subject: 99% shareholder law Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: it was resolved unanimously by the Board to approve that the Company exercises its voting rights to vote in favour of all issues of the agenda of VT’s AGSM, stated above, and authorises Mr. Frank Mueller to represent the Company and exercise its voting rights as 99% shareholder in VT, to execute any such documents and to take any such actions as he may deem necessary or appropriate, in his reasonable discretion, to give full effect to this resolution.
