ПОМОГИТЕ С ЭТОЙ ЧАСТЬЮ unless the result of such invalidation or unenforceability deprives a Party of the essential benefit of its bargain in entering this Agreement, in which case either adversely affected Party may immediately terminate this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such ruling shall not invalidate or render unenforceable the other provisions of this Agreement, unless the result of such invalidation or unenforceability deprives a Party of the essential benefit of its bargain in entering this Agreement, in which case either adversely affected Party may immediately terminate this Agreement.

Если какие либо положения настоящего Соглашения признаются судом или другой компетентной юрисдикцией недействительными или не имеющими силу, то такое решение не приведет к признанию недействительными остальных положений настоящего Соглашения, если только такое признание недействительности не влечет за собой
