Подскажите, пожалуйста как в данном контексте правильно перевести "wells" и "slots".Prevnar is a 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine containing pneumococcal polysaccharides of 7 serotypes conjugated individually to the carrier protein, CRM197, a cross-reacting material of diphtheria toxoid. In the Slot Blot Assay, aliquots of each sample to be tested are adsorbed onto a nitrocellulose membrane in a slot blot apparatus. Rabbit antibodies specific for each of the polysaccharide serotypes and are then added to appropriate wells. After incubation and blocking, the membrane is removed from the slot blot apparatus and washed. After additional washing, the peroxidase substrate is added and a purple color develops in slots where antigen and specific antibody have reacted. |
