Вот здесь не такого типа подразумевается: Tiger prawns and chicken meat on the bed of cucumber, lettuce, red onion, garnished with cashew nuts and Thai garlic dressing. Smear wok or skillet with oil and sear beef. Add water and braise briefly until medium rare. Remove beef, reserve sauce, slice into thin strips arrange beef on bed of cucumber slices. Pour sauce over beef. May be served hot or cold. |
