Supplier agrees to obtain and maintain, at its expense, an insurance with a first class insurance company under usual market conditions covering damage and/or loss to Goods under its responsibility as a result of Such insurance shall be primary to and not in excess of or contributory with other insurance available to Customer and provide coverage in an amount equal to the full amount maintained by Supplier in the normal course of its business.
Supplier (Policy holder) is covering by its name (where XXXl is insurance beneficiary) with insurance of the Appliances at landed costs all the risks (including force-majeur) for the Appliances
a) “at docks”,
b) “at unloading”
c) “during unloading”
d) “during quality and quantity checks” all so-called as “non system reported Appliances” plus
e) “during storing” or kept at warehouse
Maximum amount of insurance coverage for the Appliances is XXX (XXX) roubles + 10% as “lost profit”.
Supplier is responsible for all actions that could influence the insurance premium decrease (fire protection system quality, official checks in time, earthing checking and other activities required by law and aligned with requirements of insurance company).
Once per year Supplier will provide to Client a certificate of its insurance company regarding the insurance coverage mentioned in this clause.

Поставщик соглашается оформить и обеспечить, за свой счет, страхование в страховой компании первого класса, по обычным рыночным условиям покрывающим повреждения и/или утрату Бытовой Техники в рамках его ответственноти
