Please help to translate.

Word is used in the following sentence:

I need to know what's the name of this person in Russian, because as you can see the last word is not written in cyrillic.

The Cathedral you are referring to must be the Исаакиевский собор, hence the saint is святой Исаакий, only I do not know who this St. Isaac is - the Patriarch of the Old Testament or someone else.
