Type of Study - Metabolic potency of insulin ХХХ in L6-hIR cells.
Method of Administration- Glycogen synthesis in L6-hIR cells in response to increasing concentrations of insulin or insulin ХХХ was determined using 14C-glucose to allow assessment of glucose incorporation into glycogen. The assay was conducted in the presence of 0.1% HSA.

Doses -Dose response profiles were obtained in the range of 0-100 nM insulin ХХХ.
