Речь идет об индикации состояний источника бесперебойного питания.

Думал что это "переключающий(е) контакт(ы)", однако ставит в тупик слово "floating" и отсутствие числа POLE (если PDT - X POLE DOUBLE-THROW) :(

Floating означает, что они никуда не подключены, "висят в воздухе", на них нет никакого потенциала -- обычные контакты реле.
