Прошу вашей помощи в переводе фразы "marginal emission factor".

Привожу контекст:

I understand that we will use as emission factor 0.7 t/MWh (a value from IEA). I am checking with Natalia/Gennady whether this factor is indeed the marginal factor (given the fuel mix of power generation expansion in Russia it appears to me that it is indeed the marginal factor).
