Добрый день!
Помогите, пожалуйста, Company "Indemnitees" (из словаря) - лицо, получающее компенсацию за понесённые убытки или ущерб или кредитор по договору гарантии. НО по контексту не вяжется, или я чего-то не понимаю (почти конец рабочего дня:-)

"Company Indemnitees" - shall mean Company, its directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, assignees, subsidiaries and affiliates
(из КОНТРАКТА НА ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЕ, МАТЕРИАЛЬНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЕ И СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВО ГХК)

Explanation:
In my experience this is a term that is usually defined at length in an agreement, and then used throughout. It thus needs to be fairly concise - as concise as the Russian language will allow.

We normally have:
an "Indemnitee" who is entitled to indemnification = Защищенная сторона
an "Indemnifying Party" = Возмещающая сторона
an "Indemnified Party" = Возмещаемая сторона
