I like ОксанаС's suggestion. But I think we need to be more clear with после подписания. Sometimes the date of execution (signing) of the contract may be different from the effective date of the contract. So.... here are my two cents:

When Buyer's obligations under this Contract are changed after Contract's execution, by amendments and/or addenda, and said changes result in increased obligations of or other adverse consequences to Surety without Surety's writitten concent...
