Помогите, пожалуйста. Хотелось бы подобрать установленный рус. перевод для:

Indemnification and Attestation
Non-Solicitation Letter

Этот "unsolicited" мне давно не дает покоя... Вариантов хватает, но есть ли один, самый точный? Фраза звучит как Unsolicited & Requested Package

Вот текст Non-Solicitation Letter:

I, ____________________ (Signatory Name), as authorized signatory for ____________________ (Name of Investor’s Corporation) , do hereby confirm that I have requested of your organization, specific confidential information regarding available Private Placement Program opportunities to serve my own interests and purposes and not for further distribution.

I agree to keep any and all information strictly confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent and prior full written declaration.

I certify and attest that at no time has your organization or any agent/appointee on your behalf made any offer, solicitation, representation, warranty or guarantee with respect to my request for information material and/or potential participation in such referenced Private Placement Program opportunities.
