Пожалуйста, помогите с переводом выражения Assigned Interest.

Контекст:

The Contracting Party consents in all respects to the assignment to the Security Agent pursuant to the Security Agreement of all of the Borrower’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Assigned Agreement including, without limitation, all monies which may become payable to the Borrower thereunder, all proceedings, any claims, awards, judgements which may at any time be receivable or received by the Borrower under or pursuant to the Assigned Agreement (the “Assigned Interest”)

У этого термина ноги растут из "consents... to the assignment... of all of the Borrower’s right, title and interest in, to and under...". Вот эти "all right, title and interest" переводятся чохом - "все права".
Т.е. права требования по Security Agreement, право собственности, вытекающее из него, и право на всякие выгоды от него (писать все это не надо, там дальше и так расшифровка в "including without limitation" следует).
