Ребята, помогите плиз. Как можно перевести: disposed of и disposition of investment в следующем контексте?
“Actively Invested Capital” shall mean, with respect to each Limited Partner, the
Capital Contributions of such Partner the proceeds of which have been used to fund Investments (including Partnership Expenses other than Management Fees) that, in all cases, have not been Disposed Of; provided, however, that, if as a result of one or more Unrealized Losses being taken into account with respect to an Investment, the original Carrying Value of such Investment is reduced to zero, the Actively Invested Capital shall be reduced by the amount of such aggregate Unrealized Loss. In the event of a partial Disposition of a Portfolio Investment, the Actively Invested Capital with respect thereto shall be proportionately reduced in an equitable manner.
