Subject:
Morning!

Has any got a good way of saying (in legal Eng)

CONTEXT:

Thanks!

Lease vs. sublease
Lease a chosen/designated area from the property owner indicated in the budget.

Sounds like avoiding subleasing it from any (at least extra) in-between lessee. Show (and shopping, also office) spaces are usually sublet down long sublease chains.

I'd write, legally, "rent a certain site from the lessor designated in the budget."

Susan 79, I think that Sjoe's version is perfect. I would add "directly" though, but since Sjoe is an excellent translator, and an experienced one, too, I wonder why he has not written it.
The moral of the story: take his version, and you'll be safe.

(And, maybe: add my "directly", and you'll be sage ;-)))
