Ув.переводчики, пожалуйста, помогите перевести след.предложение:
i) If the bidder is a subsidiary. Company / Unit of their parent Company (conformed through authenticated documentary records), the audited/certified accounts/financial statement ( in respect of mining /mining equipment business) as well as technical capabilities of the parent company shall also be considered towards eligibility of the bidder. Preceding 3 financial years /preceding 5 financial years shall mean ending of such financial year as on 31/03/2008 or 31/03/2009.

ii) If the bidder , as a company, takes over any company manufacturing such Longwall Mining Equipment package in the past (confirmed through authenticated documentary evidence), then experience of such earlier manufacturing companies will be considered as the experience of the bidder which takes over such manufacturing companies.

Смысл вроди бы понятен, но до кучи связать не получается.
