This cause coming on to be heard and being heard before the undersigned Clerk of Superior Court of Henderson County, North Carolina, on the 30th day of December, 2008, upon the Plaintiff complaint seeking absolute divorce based upon one year's separation, and it appearing to the Сourt that a summons and complaint were served upon the Defendant on December 222, 2008, by acceptance of service.

Настоящее судебное дело возбуждено 30 декабря 2008 г. на основании иска Истицы о полном расторжении брака по причине несовместного проживания в течении года. Суд вручил повестку Ответчику 22 декабря 2008 г.

And it further appearing to the Court that an Answer has been filed to the complaint on December 22, 2008, asking that said divorce be granted and waiving notice of hearing.

В следствии, 22 декабря 2008 г. было зарегистрировано решение о предоставлении развода и об отказе от получения уведомления о слушании дела в суде.

And it further appearing to the Court that the parties have waived the right to have the facts determined by a jury and this Court is therefore authorized to determine the issues of the fact.
