Помогите, пожалуйста! Трудность вызывает перевод фразы с рус. на англ. "при определении кворума не учитываются" . Спасибо!

In accordance with requirements of Clause 6 Article 84.2 Federal law “About stock companies” 20 559 (Twenty thousand Five hundred fifty nine) OJSC “NN” ordinary (voting) shares owned by the legal entity NN are not considered at quorum assigning.

В соответствии с требованиями п.6 ст. 84.2 ФЗ «Об акционерных обществах» 20 559 (двадцать тысяч пятьсот пятьдесят девять) обыкновенных именных акций ОАО «NN», принадлежащих юридическому лицу NN, при определении кворума не учитываются.

I would rework it as follows:
Under Paragraph 6, Article 84.2 Federal law “On Stock Companies” 20 559 (Twenty thousand Five hundred fifty nine) [votes carried by]ordinary registered shares of OAO NN shall be counted as quorum.

Извините, но в тексте есть ОАО, которое акции выпускает, и юридическое лицо, которому эти акции принадлежат - эти два понятия нужно как-то разграничить.

И не совсем понятна фраза "as quorum" - "должны учитываться в виде кворума"?

Я не спец в этих вопросах, так что спасибо за помощь)!

shall be counted as quorum.- странный вариант, как будто указанное количество акций и составляет кворум, что в корне противоречит оригиналу.
