Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести следующее.

If an audit reveals that Supplier has overcharged Client, Client shall be credited for such overcharged fees based on the Fees in effect at the time the overcharged fees were originally due, plus interest on such underpaid fees at one percent (1%) per annum above the base rate of National Bank of Slovakia, calculated on a daily basis as well after as before judgment from the time the overcharged fees were originally due until the time they are paid, with such payment due immediately upon discovery. If an audit reveals a five percent (5%) or greater non compliance for any particular quarter by Supplier, then Supplier shall pay Client’s reasonable costs of conducting the audit.

Что-то не догоняю....... вроде речь о завышенной сумме, а далее сказано "plus interest on such underpaid fees ".

underpaid fees, имхо, ошибка, надо overpaid fees

если контракт касается товаров, то:

Если при проведении сверки расчетов выяснится, что суммы оплаты Поставщику превысили стоимость поставленных товаров (работ, услуг), сумма кредиторской задолженности Поставщика Клиенту исчисляется как стоимость товаров на момент поставки плюс проценты за переплату в размере 1% годовых по ставке рефинасирования, установленную ЦБ Словакии.

Tatyana78, спасибо! Ваш вариант перевода, как мне кажется, звучит.
Речь здесь об услугах. Несколько смущает вот тут: "исчисляется как стоимость на момент поставки плюс ......." - at the time the overcharged fees were originally due. Может лучше что-то вроде момента, когда эта сумма подлежала к оплате? Как бы это выразить?
А вот эта часть? - calculated on a daily basis as well after as before judgment from the time the overcharged fees were originally due until the time they are paid, with such payment due immediately upon discovery.
