Как не пытаюсь, не удается не то чтобы подобрать адекватный перевод, но даже не могу вникнуть в смысл. Совершенно непонятно, что обозначает "Scrap" и "he break is done by Dealer and MI name". Весь отрывок выглядит следующим образом: 1.1 Material
Parts that have been replaced, claimed and paid for are classified as warranty material. This material belongs to VTC/VBC and needs to be held for inspection for a certain amount of time. After that the material should be scrapped. Rules for holding and scrapping material are given in the Warranty Binder under the Warranty Material chapter. In some cases the material should be sent to TMA (Technical Material Analysis) for analyse.
In UCHP, material instructions are attached to the claim jobs, either automatically or manually. These instructions give the dealer knowledge about what to do with the claimed material.

1. From the Claim menu, choose List claim jobs.
List claim jobs window opens.
2. Click the Material instruction tab.
