This is about procedures to be done when asbestos containing material is found in an old factory building.
How to translate into Russian terms "encapsulation", "sectioning method" and "demolition bag", which may not be the the right terms in English.
The text describes methods of work when asbestos containing materials are found.
These methods include among other things: repair, encapsulation and demolition using sectioning method, demolition bag method and coating (of pipes with elastic paint)

Any help is more than welcome!

ясно, что речь идет о методах разрушения зданий, содержащих асбест. Само разрушение небезопасно из-за образующейся при этом асбестовой пыли.

Encapsulation - видимо, изоляция, заключение в оболочку

по поводу bag Гуглом найдено следующее:
Glove Bag Method: A method of stripping or removing RACM in which the wetted material is totally isolated inside a transparent plastic, leak-tight bag and then manually removed using gloves which are an integral part of the bag.

RACM = regulated asbestos containing material

Cпасибо, все понятно, но мне нужен этот термин по-русски, наверное такой есть, чтобы не изобрести. Может кто-нибудь знает?
