Спасибо всем огромное заранее!ZAO “/////” produced cellular sheets 12000×2100×6 mm from 5.09.2008 to 08.09.2008. The production was manufactured by OMIPA machine in accordance with Technical Conditions 3456789. Polycarbonate resin “////” from the following lots was used during the production: 123,234,345,456. |

ZAO “/////” was producing cellular sheets SIZED 12000×2100×6 mm from 5.09.2008 to 08.09.2008. The product was made using/on an OMIPA machine in accordance with Technical Conditions 3456789. Polycarbonate resin “////” from lots 123,234,345,456 was used during production. According to the standard operating procedure every 24 hours the line had to be be stopped for an hour for cleaning. The operators had to clean the calibrating unit (calibrator) and the(n?) die. While the ///// resin from the abovementioned lots was being used, four forced outages (?) occurred within 24 hours (with the total/overall duration of 4 hours). Thick bloom (?) of paraffin appeared (spread?) across the full width of the calibrator base as well as on the die. Low-polymeric paraffin fractions were squeezed out the extruder’s inspection window since they could not be collected in the degassing zone. The engine load rate reached 90% (the standard [load rate] being 70-75%). Most likely, no lubricants were added to the above-mentioned polycarbonate resin lots for better screw rotation. This may result in premature wear of the machine, which would impair the manufacturing process. The machine's standard output rate for sheets sized ///// is 8,8 sheets per hour. Between 05.08.08 and 08.09.2008, 607 sheets could have been produced at [a/the] normal operating rate [rate of operation]. Due to the forced outage the output was as low as 528 sheets. forced outage - вынужденное отключение энергии? |
here are a few more: from 5.09.2008 to 08.09.2008 --> I'd spell out the dates -- from Sept. 5, 2008 to Sept. 8, 2008 The production was manufactured by OMIPA machine in accordance with Technical Conditions 3456789. --> OMIPA machine was used for production in accordance with Technical Conditions 3456789. According to the standard operating regime the line is to have an hour stoppage for cleaning once in 24 hours. --> According to the standard operating procedure, the line must be stopped for maintenance (once) every 24 hrs. The operators are to clean the calibrating unit (calibrator) and the die. --> The operators must clean ... While using ///// resin from the abovementioned lots a forced outage took place 4 times in 24 hours (for the total of 4 hours). --> When the /// resin from the mentioned lots was used in the production process, the plant was (manually/forcefully) shut down four times in 24 hours, for the total downtime of four hours. Thick bloom of paraffin appeared the full-width of the calibrator base as well as on the die. --> not clear what you mean here (thick bloom of paraffin??? appeared the full-width of the calibrator base ??? - give a Russian sentence) The engine load rate reached 90% (standard 70-75%). --> if you meant "нагрузка на двигатель", то engine load would be sufficient. Most likely there were no lubricant additives in the above-mentioned lots of polycarbonate resin for a better screw rotation. --> what did you mean by "a better screw rotation"??? |
to perpetrator Спасибо!
--> Thick paraffin coating has formed on the entire surface of the calibrator (bottom) plate and on the ...

остановка - shutdown required/necessary/emergency(???) shutdown...
