Subject: подсудность общему суду Пожалуйста, помогите перевести отрывок из договора:Все споры и противоречия подлежат рассмотрению в ХХХ. Подсудность общим судам исключается. Спасибо! |

имхо: All disputes and differences shall be presented/referred/submitted to/before XXX. Courts of common law shall have no jurisdiction. |

думаю что здесь просто courts of general jurisdiction имеются ввиду. Courts of common law - это совершенно другая опера :-) |
