Уважаемые форумчане! Не могу подобрать правильного варианта для перевода термина “cut-off”. Встречается в следующих предложениях:

The “Cut-off” for all Vessels will be the end of the evening shift on the Working Day preceding the advised Vessel ETA or earlier if required by the Vessel Operator. No other customer will have cut-off terms more favorable than those of the Customer.

Once a Cut-off is declared it will not be altered unless the delay in arrival of a Vessel is more than 24 hours and such delay are notified more than three days before the previously agreed ETA. In this event, the Cut-off will be adjusted according to the notified period of delay in the Vessel's arrival.

Я тоже думала что-то вроде "завершение работ", но в тексте preceding the advised Vessel ETA, то есть как я понимаю «Cut-off» для всех судов считается сроком окончания вечерней смены рабочего дня, предшествующего ожидаемому времени прибытия номинированного судна или ранее...
Еще контекст:
The Reception Period for each Vessel will be 5 consecutive Working Days before and inclusive of the Cut-off day. Effective of the Reception Period will be declared by the Operator based on the ETA of the Vessel. The Reception Period will be less than 5 Working Days in the event that the advice of the Vessel's ETA is given less than 5 Working Days before the Vessel's arrival.

По поводу окончания смены - я сначала подумал, что Cut-off должно произойти с окончанием смены. А оно, по тексту, не совпадает с окончанием, а им и является. Может быть, тогда это некий общий термин, и для разных случаев в его роли выступают разные события. Тогда его надо перевести максимально абстрактно, но осмысленно. Например, просто "Завершение".
